Warranty

Congratulations on the purchase of your new carved pieces. We take pride in the parts that we manufacture. This is to certify that we guarantee your new parts against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days under average residential or commercial use.

This warranty is valid only if the parts are installed and finished by professional wood worker and the guidelines for care and usage have been adhered to. This warranty does not cover tarnishing of handles, yellowing of product as a result of direct sunlight and repairs done Validity of this warranty is subject to Management's discretion.

To insure the dependability and durability of your new carved wood parts, we have established the following guidelines for proper care and usage:

·        DO NOT place wet articles such as wet clothes in your parts.

·        DO NOT use harsh abrasive cleaners / cleansers when caring for your parts.

·        DO NOT expose your woods parts to extreme temperatures. All woods that we use are kiln dried and we recommend keeping the parts under air conditioning.

All pieces are hand made and slight differences are expected and acceptable. The custom parts ordered can not be changed or canceled. All the stock parts can be exchanged for a similar product but we do not accept cancellations or returns all sales are finals
